Cidres Domaine de Kerveguen
When he started the cellars of Kervéguen Domain, in 1993, Eric Baron followed a long familly tradition, where famers used to produce cider for their own. He added a unique technique, for even tastier ciders. Procuded from organic agriculture, Kerveguen ciders are grown from 6 to 8 months in oak barrels, from where they take their particular wooden taste.
Each year, after the winter periods of fermentation and filter, Eric Baron creates 3 types of ciders according to thier sugar graduation : The soft “Carpe Diem Prestige”, “Brut” and ” cuvée du Paysan”, both for those who like roughter tastes.
Eric Baron, for his expertise, recieved a high honnor : Cider “Carpe Diem” is selected by the Elysée cellarman since 1997.
