The villa KERVERN is a beautiful, new house that’s located just 2 minutes’ walk from the sea and the pebble beach. You’ll be welcomed into a charming setting surrounded by trees. The house is carefully located to make the most of the calm and the natural surroundings. Set over one level, and accessible for those of reduced mobility, the villa offers a spacious living area that is wonderfully light. You’ll appreciate the comfortable living and dining room areas that overlook a south- and southwest-facing terrace so you can make the most of the sun right through to the evening. The open-plan kitchen is fully-fitted and includes induction hobs and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedrooms can sleep up to 8 people: there are two beautiful bedrooms with a sophisticated décor, complete with a large 160x200cm bed, plus a twin bedroom with two single beds, and sofabeds to accommodate an additional two guests. Household linen and bedsheets are included, and the beds are made up ready for your arrival. A fabulous bathroom with walk-in shower as well as two WCs complete the property, which is full of luxury touches.
