Located between the surprising landscapes of the Arrée Mountains and Morlaix Bay, this 18th century house was entirely renovated in 2015, offering countryside calm close to the sea. Whether you are fans of old stones and heritage, fishing, walking, hiking or mountain biking, this location means you can visit: the flamboyant parish churches of Saint-Thégonnec, Guimiliau and Sizun, lthe resorts of Roscoff, Carantec, l’île de Batz and the Pink Granite Coast, the legendary forest of Huelgoat, the Arrée Mountains – and spread out to explore throughout Finistère! The gîte is located on a dairy farm, 1.5 km from the shops of Saint-Thégonnec (a well-known stopover town). This building was renovated respecting the environment, including walls of hemp and lime, baked-earth floor, water collection, thermodynamic heating and a wood burner. On the ground floor: a living room and dining room with open plan kitchen, separate WC, laundry room (washing machine, tumble drier, freezer); 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (140cm bed), 1 double bedroom (160cm bed or 2 x 80cm); 2nd floor: 1 twin room (two 120cm beds); 1 lounge room with sofa bed and shower room with WC. In addition: a private garden with south-facing terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, a covered garage for one car and private parking, dishwasher, microwave, TV, free Wi-Fi, coffee machine and electric kettle.
