This property is a longère, a long, stone building typical of this area of Pays du Trégor, offering 61m² for 3 to 4 people, with garden and picnic space overlooking a horse-riding arena.

– On the ground floor: a living space with high ceilings, a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen and a lounge with wood-burner (we supply wood for guests during the winter); shower room with heated towel rail; bedroom with king-size bed (160x200cm).
– On the mezzanine: 1 double bedroom (bed 140×200) with a little sea view.

– Outdoors: 1 picnic table adjoining the horse-riding arena, parasol and sun loungers.

If you also book ‘la maison’ (the adjoining gîte), you can accommodate larger groups and big family events, for workshops and conferences, welcoming up to 10 guests.
