Whether as a couple or a family, this gîte will welcome you into comfortable and immaculate surroundings, only 100m from the sea. Its real plus point is that it’s adapted to suit those with reduced mobility, which means anyone can be comfortable here. Make the most of this seaside area by walking the beautiful conservation area of Pointe de Primel, and swimming on Primel Beach, which has lifeguards in summer (and a special aquatic chair to help those of limited ability to enjoy the sea, too). This house is ideally placed for visiting Morlaix Bay, Finistère and the Côtes d’Armor. Just 45 minutes from the historic town of Roscoff and 1 hour from the Pink Granite Coast. On the ground floor, there’s a large lounge-diner with kitchenette, an adjoining utility room with storage, washing machine, tumble drier and tap, a bedroom for 2 people (bed 160 x 200 cm), a shower room with toilet, adapted for those of reduced mobility, plus a separate WC. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one with twin beds, a mezzanine and a covered balcony-terrace with seaviews. Private garden with garden furniture, sunloungers and barbecue. Garage for motorbikes or bikes, private parking. Equipment for babies and infants can be provided, as well as a spare bed, on request. Certain pets can be accepted (please ask for details). Rates depending on the number of guests. Bed linen supplied in high season, and can be rented out of season (12€ per bed). End-of-stay cleaning charge: 70€ to 90€ (depending on whether or not you need us to set up a nursing bed).
