We dreamt of such a place, and made it happen!
This is a place like no other, a hamlet of 4 detached little homes nestled close to one another, in the peace and quiet not far from Plouégat-Moysan.

A ‘penty’ is a little Breton house that sits outside the main village, often near the sea, typically featuring a sloped roof of slate tiles. Each of our penty homes has been renovated in true Breton style, conserving the architecture of granite and slate, but renovated to offer space and comfort with the feel of seaside loft living, where stone walls, exposed timber and tasteful décor place you firmly by the shore.

Originally from the Swiss side of France, we chose to move to Brittany so we’re happy to share our love of this surprising and beautiful part of the country, and even point you towards some hidden gems!

‘Penty Bosco’ offers a huge 32m² living space with fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen featuring both tile and granite flooring, plus a dining space with rectangular wooden table, 4 teak-and-canvas dining chairs and an enclosed fireplace. In the extension, there’s a 15m² lounge with painted wooden floors, where you’ll find 2 pouffes, a wonderfully comfortable sofa bed that can sleep an additional 2 guests, a coffee table, TV with bluetooth to connect your mobile or tablet and a library space with curios.

The wooden staircase leads to the corridor/dressing area, a spacious bedroom with double bed, storage, hanging space and desk, plus the shower room (shower, WC, basin).

To the front of the penty, the sun terrace is an ideal spot for enjoying the sunshine thanks to the wooden table, two benches, parasol, two sun loungers and barbecue.

A perfect place from which to explore western Brittany!

Just 3km from the dual carriageway and in easy reach of both Plestin-les-Grèves and Locquirec, this spot is ideal for exploring the beautiful bays and beaches of Morlaix, Roscoff, Guerlesquin, Ploumanac’h and the Pink Granite Coast. The Océanopolis aquarium in Brest is 45 minutes away, the Arrée Mountains and the Valley of the Saints are even closer.
