Bras, a peaceful hamlet near Plougasnou. Dating from the 17th century, this former farmhouse is
set in 9,000m² of lush parkland, offering an oasis of tranquillity. Here, you can enjoy the perfect
blend of old-world charm and modern comforts.

Comprising two separate buildings that can house up to 15 guests, the gite is an ideal choice for
larger groups and for family groups where you want to get together but keep your independence.

The left side, ‘A-Gleiz’: kitchen with utility, spacious lounge/dining room, shower room and
upstairs, 3 large double bedrooms + a small bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom.

The right side ‘A-Zehou’: large living space with a new kitchen, fireplace, dining table, lounge on
the ground floor and a sitting room on the mezzanine that’s perfect for group activities and
gatherings. All one on level, there are also 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and
WC. One of the bedrooms also has a mezzanine area that can sleep an additional two guests.

Utility room, and a shed where you can store bikes or watersports equipment.
