This charming little house sits within a pretty, tree-filled garden – fully enclosed – just 300 metres
from the sea, in easy reach of shops and services, providing an ideal spot for you to enjoy a calm,
relaxing holiday that will help you to recharge your batteries.

On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC. A
pleasant open-plan living space and fitted kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with double
beds, plus a separate WC and handbasin.

The added bonus: the garage has been transformed into a summer house that opens onto the
sundeck. There is also a garden shed in which you can store your bikes, if you wish.
