Located in the port area, this house built in 2015 offers generous, light-filled spaces and a fabulous view across the bay of St Pol de Léon. Only 3 minutes’ walk from the beaches of Grève Blanche or Porspol and just 5 minutes from the island of Île Callot! The house has a fully-equipped kitchen and a large lounge-diner. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room, there are 3 double beds and 2 single beds. Bathroom and 2 WCs. A sunroom allows you to make the most of the incredible sunsets over the bay. Small 150m² garden. We can provide a highchair/cot on request, and there are bikes and a kayak available for guest use.
