Located within the charming circuit of footpaths in Morlaix, we are a stone’s throw from the Port and the iconic Viaduct, close to the train station, shops and cultural activities, offering 4 bedrooms in the eaves on the third floor of a 19th-century home (please note, there is no lift).

Each bedroom is around 15m² and is arranged for a pleasant stay, offering double bed, desk and WiFi access, as well as its own ensuite shower room with shower, hand basin and WC.

Should you wish, you can use the shared kitchen on the same floor, supplied with all the basics including a fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a pretty view of the garden and its trees.

The owner lives within the same building and is happy to help you discover the town and give you tips on places to visit including the best places to eat and drink. She will usually greet you personally, but when this is not possible, you can access your room thanks to a key-safe and you can reach the owner by email or telephone even for last-minute bookings.
